Who am I?

Hello everyone, my name is Adrien Augereau and I have been a sports coach since 2022.
After having practiced a multitude of sports when I was younger, such as football, judo,
tennis, swimming or badminton. I started endurance sports in 2019, since then I have been doing trail and ultra trail in competition. In addition, practicing all outdoor sports: cycling, trekking, has allowed me to acquire a good knowledge of the mountain environment.
