Who am I?
I started playing sports at a very young age, playing football or cycling in the streets of my neighbourhood in the Paris region. With my friends, we always found an opportunity to go out and a way to let off steam.
As a teenager, I started practicing in clubs: combat sports (French boxing, judo) and team sports (volleyball, football, American football, rugby).
Then, always eager for new experiences, I turned to endurance disciplines (trail, cross-country skiing, road cycling, mountain biking). Enjoying the great outdoors, nature and sports whose results depended only on my personal investment gave me so much pleasure and satisfaction that I chose to move to Auvergne Rhône-Alpes to be closer to these privileged "playgrounds".
The desire to share my passion for sport encouraged me to continue to pass on my theoretical and empirical knowledge during coaching sessions carried out within an association or individually.
After all these years, I realize that sport remains the common thread of my existence until now. It has helped me to achieve, surpass myself, unite, transmit, but also to push others to achieve their goal.
Philosophy:
I consider physical and sporting activity as an essential element to our physiological and psychological balance, whatever the level of practice. Sport allows some to start the day on the right foot, others to finish it by releasing accumulated tensions… It is a source and a resource of infinite well-being, always within reach!
We often start playing sports to get back in shape, then we want to stay in shape. The most passionate will find within themselves the motivation to then try to boost their abilities and push their limits.
In any case, sporting activity will strengthen self-confidence, act on personal development and promote social ties.
My goal? To adapt to each of you and individualize my approach in order to best meet your expectations.
