Cyclist Positioning

"Que vous rouliez 15 000 km/an ou moins de 500, en loisirs ou en compétition, que ce soit votre activité sportive principale ou un complément à cette dernière, l’objectif est de trouver le bon équilibre entre les mains sur le guidon, les ischions sur la selle et les pieds sur les pédales afin de vous permettre de pédaler efficacement et en sécurité."  en savoir plus

Cycling has always managed to find its place alongside my other sports activities (karate, kitesurfing, trail running). The years go by and my bike remains a faithful companion for training, recovery or
hobbies.

Since 2010, I have integrated my interest in this discipline into my professional activity by working within a World Tour cycling team as a sports physiotherapist.
At the end of 2021, I had the opportunity to follow the BikePT Bronze training during the very first session organized in
France and reserved for health professionals working with professional cyclists.

I am therefore delighted to be able to offer you “exclusively” (40 trained health professionals throughout the
territory) a different approach to cycling positioning.
We will work together to find the positioning of the bike to meet your needs.
musculoskeletal, to your practice and your personal objectives. This cycling positioning (or Retrofit)
will aim to optimize the position most frequently adopted when you ride.

Whether you drive 15,000 km/year or less than 500, for leisure or competition, whether it is your sporting activity
main or a complement to it, the goal is to find the right balance between the hands on the
handlebars, sit bones on the saddle and feet on the pedals to allow you to pedal efficiently and safely.
security.

Just like Thomas and his team, I look forward to sharing your experience and helping you continue to move forward.
in your practice.
