Who am I?

"My beginnings in sports began at the age of 15 when I discovered the Guaraira Repano mountain range "Cerro El Avila" which dominates the city of Caracas in Venezuela. There, I go every day to conquer this small piece of mountain by walking or running. From there begins my path in sports in the great outdoors.

Running becomes a habit and then a passion. In every country where I have had the opportunity to live, I have always found a place to train. Whether on the asphalt of the Malecón in Veracruz in Mexico, or on the paths of the Vollspark Schöneberg in Berlin, Germany or on the Arbois plateau in Aix-en-France.

I have always wanted to share the well-being that sport brings me. So I took advantage of every opportunity to invite friends, colleagues and acquaintances to come and train with me. In this way, I was able to introduce quite a few people around me to sport, which I am proud of.

This is how I decided to do training in the world of sports coaching.

After experiencing knee problems in 2012, I realized that the most effective way to prevent pain and injury was to do cross training, as it strengthens the muscle groups that are less used during running. That's when I learned the benefits of strength training and non-impact strength training techniques like Pilates and yoga.

Due to my initial scientific training, I am very interested in the physiology of sport and our body's response to sports practice, as well as the role of nutrition in sports performance.

My mission as a sports coach is to enable you to achieve your goals in a healthy and sustainable environment, without injuries and while respecting every aspect of your individuality.

Coaching:

Regular physical activity, proper nutrition and a positive mindset are the three ingredients necessary for the well-being of a beginner or experienced athlete. Based on these criteria, I take great pleasure in guiding you according to your level, your goals and your availability.

I will be there to celebrate every sporting achievement and also to face any difficulties that may arise along the way.
