Who am I?
First step on an athletics track and on cross-country championships, I quickly turned to longer distances ranging from the half-marathon, to the 30k trail to finish on the marathon.
In 2018, I lined up for my first 65km. Convinced to distance myself from road racing, I have now been a passionate trail runner for over 7 years. From now on,
I decided to invest myself 100% in the profession of sports coach. I can thus combine passion and profession, by supporting athletes from all backgrounds with diverse objectives.
My passion for ultra endurance guides my life choices and allows me to create a
serene, calming and very dynamic environment.
I have a Master's degree in STAPS Training and Optimization of Sports Performance, a professional license in AGOAPS (animation, management and organization of physical and sports activities) and am currently training for a DU Trail.
Coaching:
I provide my experience and knowledge in endurance sports in order to best prepare for the athlete's primary and secondary objectives.
Individual planning will be proposed and adapted according to the athlete's physical condition, personal and professional constraints. The athlete's fitness level can then be assessed through constant monitoring of their training load, to best adapt their training.
I believe that the relationship between the coach and the athlete is essential and must be a source of trust, motivation and fluid exchanges. This helps to avoid monotony in training but also the risks of injury and overtraining.
Approach:
Long distance practice allows me to see ever further into the world of training. I like to learn and discover continuously, which allows me not to remain fixed on a particular method but to enrich myself with the world around us and the experiences of each one.
