Who am I?

Above all, I am passionate about outdoor sports and adventure, whether it be running, trail running,
by bike, swimming or ski touring....
In recent years, I have become an “elite” athlete in trail and Ultra trail, with a title of
2018 French champion and a victory in the Marathon de Sables and the TDS in 2023.
Formerly an engineer/doctor in materials, I retrained professionally 2 years ago
to turn to my two passions: sport and nutrition. I support athletes in achieving
of their dream and their goal, or simply to help them flourish through sport or to
get back to a healthy life.

Little anecdote: To be totally free and close to nature, I live in a converted van with just
the necessary!

Coaching:

My coaching method is based on several main pillars:
- First of all, pleasure 😊. To stay motivated in the long term, this must be the basis of your training!
- Define achievable and progressive objectives.
- Be regular in sports practice
- Vary the training cycles, as well as the content. You will be surprised by some of the sessions!
- Learn to surpass yourself and achieve your goals, each at your own level of course!

I offer very personalized support for all levels, taking into account your dreams, your
goals, your personal and professional life and your fitness. Regular monitoring is offered and
adjustments are made according to your feedback and my experience as a coach and athlete. I remain at your disposal for
allow you to flourish and progress!
