Who am I?

I grew up in a family where sport had a very important place, especially football, which I played for almost 20 years. But I ended up letting go of the ball and continued running. I have been running for over 10 years now, on the road at first, then on trails and in the mountains since 2016, to now tackle ultra trail and ultra off projects.

Passionate about the outdoors and practicing running for many years, I chose to make it my profession. After various experiences in France and internationally in sports tourism, I returned to university.

Coaching:

So I trained in training and specialized in trail running. Graduated from the University of Rennes 2 with a DEUG STAPS in sports training, and currently in trail running training with the FFA, but also trained with La Clinique Du Coureur on different themes (injury prevention, nutrition, expert running coaching).

Trail coach in my local club, I also have a dual role as a mental trainer, with the validation of a certification in mental preparation. I chose to train with several organizations, because I like to have an open mind and compare the training ideas of the different experts I met during these training courses. This allowed me to forge MY approach to training, while continuing to stay on top of the evolution of practices and to train myself.
