We offer training programs and supervised sessions in several disciplines: trail, running, road cycling, triathlon, motocross, golf, physical preparation, competition preparation, etc.
Support can be provided at several levels:

You will find a formula adapted to your needs , as well as individual sessions.
Our coaches are by your side every day, your programs can be readjusted regularly and you are followed up every week by email, telephone call and individual session (depending on the formula chosen).
Your training plan is available on a smartphone, tablet and PC/Mac application. Email communication with our coaches is done via the application or by your preferred communication channel.
The most connected: Ability to sync your watch with the app to make data recording easier. Sync the app with messenger and receive a message to evaluate your sessions and find out about the next day's session.
