Reiki is ideal for the physical recovery of athletes. It relieves all tensions due to effort and improves concentration during the event.
Reiki is an essential partner for athletes who respect their bodies and want to improve their performance.

Reiki reduces healing time (if needed) and post-workout recovery time. There are endless possibilities when Reiki is included in an athlete's daily regimen.

From the 5th Reiki session, it is possible to include visualization during the session.
