How did you meet expert sport coaching and why did you choose it?

I have known Thomas since I started in 2016. It was through his advice, given at the Aix Athle Provence club, that I discovered ultra-trail.

What do you like about your coaching?

The idea of being able to co-construct and share around ultra trail objectives.

What are your favorite sessions?

The ones with challenge.

And the worst?

The ones I have trouble understanding

Continue my progress in ultra trail and continue to discover myself.
