Who am I?
Passionate runner and trainer.
For me, it all started in 2010 on the paths of the Hérault scrubland with work colleagues. I was already doing trail running without knowing it! After two road marathons, trail running made its call, which I couldn't resist. Exploring nature, from forest trails to steep ridges, that's all I needed to be won over and nourish myself with the landscapes that were offered to me, in competition or during beautiful outings with friends.
I was quickly drawn to the specificities of training and I started training to become a coach, both on the road and on the trail.
After a radical life change, I became a mountain guide in 2022, making my passion my job, to supervise mountain outings and help athletes achieve their goals.
Coaching:
Progress comes through hours of training but above all through pleasure! I am keen to offer varied sessions to break the routine and to keep my athletes motivated throughout the season.
My philosophy: progress slowly but surely to avoid injury, and to allow my athletes to reach their highest potential.
With progressive, individualized training plans, adapted to each level and to the constraints of each, I support beginners or experienced runners towards their goals.
Exchanging and sharing experiences with my athletes is essential for me in order to know them better and to precisely adjust training plans. The relationship of mutual trust that I seek to establish allows everyone to work serenely to stay focused on progress and the objectives set.
